RETURN POLICY/ FAQ'S

RETURN POLICY:

RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED VIA STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING  REQUIREMENTS:


1. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Items must have origInal tag(s) attached.

 ***Non-returnable merchandise include: Masks, undergarments and jewelry.

3. Authoritygirl reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to ship the order back to AuthorityGirl.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Authoritygirl thoroughly quality inspects  merchandise prior to shipping to ensure that customers do not receive damaged goods. Returned items are also inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition that we sent, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so that we can identify your order. If you've misplaced your packing slip, please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once your package is received by us, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Orders are typically processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days. AG Exclusive design items may require additional production time and can take 3-5 business days to ship.


Authoritygirl is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly typed addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******Orders are typically processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days. AG Exclusive design items may require additional production time and can take 3-5 business days to ship.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is as follows:


1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
2. Priority 3-4 business days

3. Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days).
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
